Brunch: hearts of romaine salad with mixed cheeses and lowfat ranch dressing, leftover spaghettini. Rested all day. Dinner at home with Will: we made a stir fry together with organic baby spinach, bok choy, mushrooms, diced onion, extra firm cubed tofu, fresh basil, spices; steamed white jasmine rice. For dessert, we shared a leftover fortune cookie from Panda Express: A message from a distance is coming. Another dessert later: black cherry ice cream.
