Today in Apple Mail I discovered the Organize by Thread feature under the View menu which lets me delete a single thread with one keypress—love it! Downloaded Notational Velocity following Victor's recommendation. Brunch: leftovers from last night. Weight training: front raise. Went sunbathing at Mission Dolores Park, encountered Ted, Brett, met Jason, Matt, Stephen, met Jack (doctor with arm in sling), Alex (bike). Dinner at Casa Mexicana: veggie burrito. The pico de gallo here is flavorless. Grocery shopping at Golden Natural Foods. Did curls with groceries on the way home. Home. Weight training: front raise, lateral raise. Stretches. Shower. Disco nap turned into deciding to not go to Shangri La after all.
