Yoga: standing warmup practice. Weight training: 3-minute advanced plank. Breakfast at home: organic nonfat yogurt with fresh diced pink lady apple, 2 slices of organic wheat toast with butter, 1 organic banana. Went to Emery's Up Your Alley Fair party. The weather seemed colder than I preferred, so I didn't even go to the UYA Fair itself. I made nametags for the party—they were a hit so much so that an organizer of the VIP lounge at the forthcoming GAPA Runway pageant asked if he could have them for his event, too.
