Yoga: standing warmup practice. Weight training: 3-minute advanced plank. Breakfast at home: one sliced granny smith apple, bowl of organic nonfat yogurt with wild huckleberry jam. To work. Met with Susie and Cindy: projects list. Lunch: Panda Express to go: Panda Bowl: shrimp with walnuts, fried rice. My fortune: Look forward to a new adventure. Dinner at home: burrito with organic flour tortilla, 2 organic scrambled eggs, grilled spinach and mushrooms, organic Monterey Jack cheese, green onions; hot water. Dessert: one burnt caramel tile and a glass of cold nonfat milk. Received and installed my iPhone case: InCase Fluro green. The bottom part is harder to remove than I had expected, and I need to do that so that it will fit in the docking station that I use. Confirmed at around midnight that my iMac hard drive has unresolvable errors and probably needs to be replaced. Late meal: same burrito as earlier except with diced, grilled, organic, heirloom tomato; hot water.
