Stretches. Weight training: one-arm, one-leg, advanced plank; superslow dumbbell fly. Stretches. Breakfast: oatmeal with 3 walnuts, organic cinnamon, nonfat milk; 12 ounces of generic V8. Lunch: pizza and berry trifle from the cafeteria. Dinner at home with Patrick: spinach and feta frozen pizza, spinach salad. Watched extras from Michael Jackson's This Is It on Netflix DVD with Patrick. Unpacked and set up a new Firewire 800 drive enclosure, with some drive swapping involved. Computer repair: my iMac had a drive problem and I had to reformat it then restore it from Time Machine. I have now had 3 drives fail in the past 2 days. Bizarre! So far, no data loss that I can tell. Set up a new USB hub for Patrick, reorganizing and tidying cables, labeling. Set up a new USB hub for my computer. Tried on new clothes.
