Granola breakfast. Edited and uploaded photos. Nap. Cut my hair, showered. Lunch: leftovers. Dinner with Danny, Drew, Phil, Romy, and Patrick at DDP's. Phil prepared roast chicken stuffed with red beans and rice, gravy, vegetable bread. Watched extras from Eddie Izzard's Glorious on Netflix DVD at home with Patrick. Stretches. Weight training: superslow dumbbell row, superslow dumbbell press, crunch, superslow concentration curl. Late meal: hot nonfat milk, chunky soup, V8 high fiber.
