Weight training: one-arm, one-leg, advanced plank. Stretches. Breakfast: oatmeal with organic thompson raisins, organic cinnamon, nonfat milk; 12 ounces of generic V8. To work. Facelift project work and continued work on student KL's computer. Late lunch at La Boulange de Cole: frittata with smoked salmon. Stopped at Bay Shabu in West Portal and laughed at the monitor in the window. Dinner at King of Thai Noodle on Taraval by myself: yellow curry with tofu and vegetables, hot tea.
