Breakfast: one large granny smith apple. Rode Muni to UCSF Parnassus. UCSF shuttle from Parnassus to Laurel Heights. Sprint standup. Finished watching Art & Copy on Netflix instant watch. Identity retheme work: cp home art, pharmd home art, pharmd acpe accreditation accent art. Had a really difficult time taking artwork of rectangles from Illustrator to Photoshop without resulting in an anti-aliased image. Placing an AI or EPS file did not work. Exporting as PNG from AI did not work. Copy and paste did not work. In Photoshop preferences, setting General > Image Interpolation to "Nearest Neighbor (preserve hard edges)" before pasting or placing did not work. In every case the image came in with anti-aliasing which ruined the straight, perfect lines. The solution I found was: (a) In Illustrator, select all elements. (b) Open the Transform palette then select "Align to pixel grid." (c) Export from Illustrator as PNG. (d) Place in Photoshop. Lunch at A.G. Ferrari: polpette sandwich with a side of brussels sprouts, tap water: about $15. Stopped at the hardware store for a different size of R-clip. Tried a Peet's ready-to-drink dark chocolate cold brew at $1 off the regular price of $4 using a coupon I received I think through Instagram; it's quite delicious. More identity retheme work: art for dept landing pages (about, research, education). Finished pc and bts, still need to do cp. And still need to resolve mobile issues for all. Rode Uber Pool from UCSF Laurel Heights to Shotwell House: $2.38 and 20 minutes. A birthday dinner: split pea and ham soup, kale salad with cranberries and mango, salmon or steak, durian and coffee ice cream, whole foods strawberry chantilly cake. Rode UberX home.
