Breakfast at home: mixed grated cheeses and egg on english muffin, cranberry juice mixed with water. Rode Muni to UCSF Parnassus. UCSF shuttle from Parnassus to Laurel Heights. Along the way I continued studying Spanish on Duolingo. Sprint standup. Short Bridges meeting with Paula and Eric. Microsites content work all day: Student Helpdesk. 1-on-1 phone meeting with Cindy. Lunch at desk: leftovers. UCSF shuttle from Laurel Heights to Parnassus. Rode Lyft Line to the Richmond. Ran an errand at Fabrix: bought thread. Dinner at home with Patrick: Blue Apron summer vegetable gnocchi with sweet corn, bell pepper and basil. Watched Superstore s2:e1 (Olympics) on the NBC website with Patrick. Tried downloading Cyan Worlds Obduction today following their release to Kickstarter backers, but encountered an error with Steam: "The application Steam.app cannot be opened." Restarting the computer did not fix it, but redownloading Steam and reinstalling it did. Obduction downloaded and installed successfully, but I could not run it due to error "the global shader cache file ... is missing...". I then executed Obduction, Properties, Local Files, Verify Integrity of Game Cache—all files successfully validated. After finding the Mac system requirements in an obscure blog post thread, I think now I need to upgrade Mac OS before it will work. Sewing projects: successfully edited Scotch & Soda 129915 (blue reversible sweat shorts with all over print) and one of 129801 (2-in-1 style: double layer v-neck tee, thin blue stripes).
