Breakfast by myself at The Ruby Slipper: eggs cochon with coffee. The menu said I would get hollandaise, but what I got tasted exactly like nacho cheese sauce instead. The food arrived surprisingly quickly but was merely lukewarm. The biscuit was good, but not the best I have tasted. (It needs to be flakier.) The first pour of coffee tasted correct, but the second pour did not. I was hungry and ate all my food despite these issues. Walked to the convention center. Drupalcon: Driesnote, coffee, sessions, lunch (salad with ranch, a small ham and cheese sandwich, water), sessions. We first tried to dine at Acme Oyster House, but the line was longer than we wanted to wait. Instead, on a recommendation from Patrick we dined across the street at Felix's: Genaiyalynne and Richard, Eric, John K and James H. Afterwards we had a drink at Sazerac, a swank bar in the Roosevelt Hotel. Among other things, I was particularly impressed with the fine wood paneling.
