Began writing a document helping grads understand their infosecurity responsibilities. No lunch. UCSF shuttle from Laurel Heights to Parnassus. Rode Muni home. Dinner at home with Patrick: delivery from Vanida Thai: fish cakes, silver noodles soup, yellow curry chicken, steamed white rice. Recharge Spa work. Late meal: chicken pot pie soup from a can, water.
