Breakfast at home: egg, rosemary ham, and cheddar on english muffin; 8 ounces of carrot juice. Installed f.lux for OS X after learning about the iOS app from MacRumors. Nap. Lunch: a small bowl of leftover grilled potatoes with shredded cheese. Recharge Spa work: January news scheduled and delivered. Finished watching Women Who Kill (Amy Schumer, Rachel Feinstein, Nikki Glaser, and Marina Franklin) on Netflix instant watch with Patrick. We both enjoyed it. Patrick thought Schumer and Feinstein were better than the other two, but I thought all four did equally well. Patrick took a bath. Posted our Pottery Barn Jackson coffee table for sale on craigslist. Dinner at home with Patrick: saffron-mushroom risotto, dinner roll with butter, wine, water. Dessert: leftover carrot cake.
