Breakfast: a tiny amount of granola with almond milk. Fed the birds. Walked in the Mission. Lunch at Woodhouse Fish Co. (415-437-2722, 2073 Market Street) with Patrick. Patrick had three tacos. I had a crab roll. Iced teas. $38.05 before tip. Errands: Whole Foods. Stopped at Mom Ryan's to say hello, drop off groceries and flowers, and to share some recent photos. Picked up things from Shotwell House. Rode Lyft with Patrick to home. Nap. Dinner at home with Patrick: herbed chicken fricasee with steamed white rice, water. Washed dishes, did some work in the garden, packed. Rode Lyft from home to Shotwell House. Fed the birds. To bed.
