Breakfast: about 75% of a pear. Lunch: half of a black bean tamale. Rode my bike for the first time in a long time. I rode to the Great Highway then to the windmill at Golden Gate Park, then back. Snacks: apricot CLIF bar, tortilla chips, water. Dinner at home with Patrick: I prepared assorted Kingdom of Dumpling dumplings from frozen with dipping sauce. Watched another episode of Chef's Table on Netflix instant watch with Patrick. Recharge Spa web work: skin care breakup.
