Breakfast at Mom and Dad's: bbq pork bun, cherries, leftovers, loquats from the back yard tree. Nap. Mother's Day brunch at Tin Tin Seafood Restaurant aka Ten Ten Seafood Restaurant with Mom and Dad. Long wait for a table. Amtrak business class from Fullerton Train Station to Los Angeles Union Station: 36 minutes and about $20. Photographed Union Station. Left my bag at baggage claim. Walked to Olvera Street and dined at La Luz Del Dia: combo #3: chicken soft taco, pork tamale, rice, beans, jamaica: $9.05. Returned to the train station, claimed my bag. Rode UberPOOL to Hotel Figueroa ($4.71), checked in. Walked nearby to dinner at Panini Cafe: charbroiled chicken shish kabob with pilaf, grilled vegetables, side salad. Food and service were both excellent. Bought snacks and beverages at Ralph's: $15.47.
