Breakfast at home: veggie breakfast burrito. Snack: an apple, prune juice. Surgery recovery activities all day. Lunch: leftover ravioli from last night. Nap. Afternoon snack: biscuit sandwich with ham and cheddar and porter mustard. Dinner at home with Patrick: chicken stew, water, red wine. Dessert: one Firebrand bombolone each: hazelnut for Patrick, blackberry for me.
