Hospital stay at Stanford. Rewatched Hugo. Changed hospital units. In the new unit, internet was difficult or impossible to connect. My fourth-generation iPad would not connect until I manually removed the previous unit's wifi network name and manually configured the new access point name and password using WEP. However, speeds were very good: 17.45 Mbps down and 15.90 Mbps up—significantly better than in the previous unit. My iPhone 3GS would not connect at all when following the same procedure that worked for the 4th-gen iPad. Watched part of Singin' in the Rain but was interrupted by a nurse and there was no pause button on the remote control. When I later returned to the film it started from the beginning, so I gave up on it. Rewatched Skyfall. I think this is the day Lani visited and there were other visitors, but I can't recall who all.
