Breakfast: egg and cheese on whole wheat english muffin, apple slices. Rode Muni to UCSF Parnassus. Various followup with work in progress. Lunch from Panda Express: Panda Bowl to go: fried rice, honey sesame chicken, veggie spring rolls. Posted updated schedules for Lucia. Helped with the white coat ceremony. Rode Muni home. Ate my fortune cookie from lunch. My fortune: Be willing to admit that you may be wrong. You're only human. Dinner at home: italian brown rice cappellini with leftover marinara sauce, water.
