packed. bought gasoline, returned the rental car at enterprise: no issues. shuttle to airport. hawaiian air flight 508 to maui (OGG) (1 checked bag = $25). breakfast at ai ono cafe: two local boys (pork fried rice, 2 eggs scrambled, portuguese sausage coins), naked orange juice, two coffees. uber black car home (about $80).
