Breakfast: oatmeal with raisins, cinnamon, unsweetened soy milk. Rode Muni to UCSF Parnassus. Found out the staff meeting was canceled. UCSF shuttle from Parnassus to Laurel Heights. Linkchecking, kiosk work. Chatted briefly with Esteban. Lots of followup with Sue: Update from the Dean letterhead. Management activities. Lunch: leftover chicken tikka masala. Listserv management. Content and styling work in Drupal the rest of the day. Rode UberX to the Mission. Dinner at Lers Ros with Danny, Romy, Drew, Phil, and Richard. I had pad thai. Food was good, but I didn't think it stood out from other thai restaurants. Service was below average: Danny had ordered a fish dish before all the other orders were taken, and after all our orders had arrived we were still waiting for it; they had forgotten to include it. Also, a server or deliverator gave me the wrong dish, and I didn't realize the error until after I had had several bites of Romy's dish. Decor is very modern, pleasing.
