Breakfast at home: oatmeal with fresh, sliced banana, pumpkin pie spice, soy milk; hot water. Rode Muni to UCSF Parnassus. UCSF shuttle from Parnassus to Laurel Heights. Linkchecking, kiosk work. Notified Susie and Eric that we have had only one new news story on our QBC and grad programs websites since handing that responsibility to others about a year ago. Sent Danielle feedback about how the white coat ceremony went. Followup with Sierra about gathering data on email traffic to students. Lots of styling work in Drupal for new sites. Redirected a student request to the Education team. Late lunch at the JCC. I had shakshouka for the first time. I didn't realize it contained chili peppers and cumin, so it was a bit spicy for me, but I ate half of it. After a few bites I thought it would be great with some bread, and about two minutes later one of the kitchen chefs dropped off a package of sliced bread at my table. I don't know if they forgot to set it out next to my plate when I picked it up or if I missed seeing it and didn't understand it was an accompaniment I was supposed to take. Shakshouka is poached eggs in a sauce of tomatoes, chili peppers, onions, and cumin. It was introduced to Israel by Tunisian Jews. Lots of small web edits for Susie in preparation for next week's accreditation visit. Helped Eric set up print drivers for the Canon imageRUNNER C5185 copier on a Mac—successful. Redirected an E*Value request to Rodney. Set up a meeting for OSACA to discuss presenting from iPad. Followup with John K about slow response time on staging servers. UCSF shuttle from Laurel Heights to Parnassus. Skit Night at Cole Hall. I did not expect pizza at the event—nice. Dinner solved! Rode Muni home.
