Laundry. Weight training: door pull ups. Breakfast at home: two eggs scrambled with grilled vegetables and spices (celery, red bell pepper, mushrooms, kale, dried parsley, fresh thyme, sea salt, pepper), two biscuits with Earth Balance spread. Removed an old blanket and an old towel which were abandoned for months in the back yard by our upstairs neighbors because they were infested with bugs. Washed the compost bins. Dinner at home with Patrick: indian food delivery from Clay Oven West Portal, red wine. Watched about half of Cloud Atlas on Netflix DVD with Patrick. Completed some long-overdue ironing.
