Breakfast at home: oatmeal with diced cripps pink apple, cinnamon, almond milk. Rode my bike to UCSF Parnassus. Linkchecking, kiosk work. Jazzee work. Lunch at You See Sushi: lunch special #2, hot green tea. Dentist appointment. Ada is no longer with the office. Jeannette is now at reception. Stephanie did my x-rays. Angela did my cleaning. Back to the office. Lots more Jazzee work. Poster work for Cindy. Dinner to go from Subway: footlong veggie sandwich with provolone, water from my klean kanteen, ate at my desk. Rode my bike home. Did some lab sites testing on iPhone. Late meal: double order of ramen. To bed late.
