Breakfast at home: veggie scramble with diced heirloom tomato, diced red onion, alba clamshell mushrooms; spelt toast with earth balance spread; two hash browns with ketchup; hot water; 8 ounces of orange juice. Began travel planning for the forthcoming memorial service for my grandmother. Nap. Late afternoon meal: GreeNoodle with chard, brown clamshell mushrooms, red onion; hot water. NMore travel planning. Early evening cocktail with Patrick: he made melon margaritas (on the rocks in DOFs with no salt). Dinner at home with Patrick: prepared cornmealcrust mushroom pizza with added heirloom tomato, red onion, and pecorino.
