Graduation volunteer lunch in the OSACA with food from Pasta Pomodoro: foccacia; roasted butternut squash ravioli with parmesan, brown butter, crispy sage and crumbled amaretti; gemelli pasta with grilled and smoked chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms and cream; organic baby lettuces, tomatoes, shaved carrots and premium blue cheese, with balsamic vinaigrette; organic romaine hearts with shaved pecorino and crunchy garlic croutons; and more that I can't remember now.
