Weight training: crunch, leg lift, standing dumbbell curl. Breakfast: oatmeal with fresh, diced apple and cinnamon and hemp milk. Rode my bike to UCSF Laurel Heights. Linkchecking, kiosk work. Spent most of the day working on the synch files script. Also: iPQB followup, JACS problem with Apple punchout followup, filed a small reimbursement request, listserv management, Rx for Change followup, more listserv management, followup with Cindy about IRC window cleaning, calendar management. Very late lunch at Pasta Pomodoro: daily special: bread with dipping pesto, spaghetti funghi with pancetta in cream sauce, vanilla latte, water. More script work, chatted with Eric D. Rode my bike home. Dinner at home with Patrick: grilled green bell pepper and green onions with ravioli in pesto, dinner roll with butter, hot water.
