Repaired my black-and-white winter hat with some stitches. Repaired a loose handle on the stove. Breakfast at home: 2 hash browns, 3-egg mushroom-onion scramble, roll with butter, 8 ounces of vegetable juice, hot water. Laundry. Delivered another letter incorrectly delivered to our address by USPS, this time to our next-door neighbor. Garbage, washed dishes. Caught up on journaling. Ironed, vacuumed, completely repaired the vacuum cleaner power cord with electrical tape, repaired a torn seam in a jacket for Patrick, cleaned items for selling or storing, wrote a greeting card. Late lunch at Taraval Okazu-Ya: kitsune donburi, seaweed salad, hot green tea. Stopped at Benjamin Moore to ask about paint, picked up some color samples. Picked up the car from Rex Garage—some noises, catalytic converter, new boots, $100. Also ordered a replacement clock unit from Scott. Took photos of things to sell or give away. Ordered paint. Snack: CRKT. More taking photos of things to sell. Nap. Dinner at home with Patrick: quinoa spaghetti with trumpet mushrooms and soy protein sausage in marinara, water. Watched half of History of the World: Part 1 on Netflix DVD with Patrick and dulce de leche Girl Scout Cookies. Folding dining chair research.
