Emailed in sick. Breakfast at home: organic oatmeal with two diced, organic bosc pears; organic cinnamon; organic, unsweetened soy milk; 8 ounces of orange juice, hot water, Chinese herb tisane with honey. Rested. Patrick brought me dinner from King of Thai Noodle: chicken pho with egg noodles—perfect for cold recovery. Watched The Iron Giant (1999) on iTunes rental on the MacBook Air with Patrick, two in a row from director Brad Bird. Late meal: leftover cannellini bean soup with kale.
