Dinner at Bisou with Patrick. For Patrick: prix fixe: french onion soup gratinée; old-fashioned pork tenderloin with mashed potatoes with grapes and whole-grain mustard sauce; a glass of 2007 Château de l'Estagnol Côtes du Rhone, chocolate fondant with vanilla ice cream. For me: kumquat potato leek soup, day boat scallops, a glass of 2008 Bouchon Chardonnay. About $80 after tip. Rode Muni home. I recently encountered Michael C at the first-floor elevator lobby in Medical Sciences, but I can't remember now if that was today or yesterday. He doesn't usually appear on Parnassus.
