Yoga: standing warmup practice. Weight training: advanced one-legged push ups. Breakfast at home: organic lowfat vanilla yogurt, granola, fresh sliced organic banana; 12 ounces of orange juice. Lunch at La Boulange: wild mushroom macaroni and cheese (unevenly heated, peppery to the point of having a bite but not to the point you'd call it spicy), side salad (vinaigrette dressing almost untasteable), hot chocolate (clumpy). Everything tastes good and seems super fresh and is probably organic, but I'm not sure this meal is really worth $16. Spent several hours figuring out how to push live certain changes for Cindy but hold back others that have already been staged and prepared and which might overlap with those changes.
