Stretches. Weight training: superslow concentration curl, superslow front raise, superslow lateral raise, crunch. Stretches. Holiday, no work. Breakfast at home by myself: oatmeal with fresh diced organic granny smith apple, organic cinnamon, organic nonfat milk; 12 ounces of V8. Lunch at home by myself: leftover pizza. Walked around in the Castro. Safeway. Home. Installed Trillian 1.0.0.103 (alpha) for Mac. Nap. Watched the remainder of This Is It on Netflix DVD with Patrick. Cooked red beans for tomorrow's potluck dinner. Late meal: vegetarian chili from a can (Eating Right brand), which was surprisingly delicious.
