Breakfast: oatmeal with organic bosc pear, organic cinnamon, organic nonfat milk. To work. Worked all day on the facelift project. Lunch: fried rice, mixed vegetables, hot and sour soup from Panda Express. Dinner at home by myself: multigrain crackers and hummus, leftover soup. Dessert: one yogurt almond. Late snack: leftover veggie stir fry. Later snack: microwave popcorn, one yogurt almond.
