Breakfast: blueberry yogurt, a slice of blueberry-coconut pound cake, orange juice. SCWG meeting. Error 0x80240016 when attempting to manually update definitions for Windows Defender in Windows Vista in VMware Fusion 2.0. Seemed to have made this go away by opening IE7 and disabling Sophos Web Content Scanner. Not sure, though. Last time I got this error I resolved it by opening IE7 and disabling Launch WinHTTrack. CTSTF meeting. Phone meeting with Susie. Scanned old comps of website designs from the days of Martha. Lunch: leftovers at desk. Sent confirmation requests for focus group participants. Announced to the office that the new aluminum MacBook is now in service. Began web coding for the new academic and pathway calendars for 2009-2010. New printer setup for Shirin. Dinner at home with Patrick: tortellini with sausage in marinara sauce, sourdough roll, Smart Balance Light. Watched Heroes season 3 episode 10 (The Eclipse: Part 1) on Netflix instant watch with Patrick. Late meal: leftover bbq pork stir-fry, cherry lowfat yogurt, V8 juice.
