Usual oatmeal breakfast. Tina and Daniel returned from Peet's with breakfast pastries. Computer prep for Tina. Tina and Daniel left for Berkeley then San Jose. Met Chris and Nate downtown for the Gay Pride celebration. On the train ride in, a man named Kim asked me to model for Calvin Klein jeans and gave me his contact information. It seemed illegitimate since his "business card" was handwritten on Hilton Hotels notepad paper (though he said he lived in San Francisco) and specified an e-mail address at juno.com and the URL of johnrobertpowers.net. I don't consider myself Calvin Klein model quality, so to me it was just a very nice compliment. Walked around, getting drinks, checking out the various booths and the DJ dance area. Took the train to the Castro, walked around. Late lunch at Bullshead—our first time. We all shared a good laugh during lunch. The Castro was particularly abuzz because the men's clothing shop called All American Boy had hired hunky live male models to stand in their shop windows wearing only underwear. I got some photos, but because of the mixed sun-and-shade lighting at the moment it was hard to get a good shot. Home, bringing Chris and Nate with us. We watched Casino Royale on DVD. At 4 PM no one seemed like they needed another meal for the day, so we ate popcorn for dinner during the movie which seemed well-liked all around. Weight training: bench dip, wrist curl.
